1. Digital License Purchase Policy

LeadPilot is a digital software product delivered via instant license key activation. Due to the digital nature of software license keys and immediate access to full features upon purchase, all sales are final once a license key is issued and activated.

We stand behind our software and are committed to your success. If you experience any technical difficulties, installation issues, or questions regarding the LeadPilot Chrome Extension, our engineering and support team will work directly with you to resolve them promptly.

3. Billing Errors & Duplicate Transactions

If you accidentally place duplicate orders or experience an unexpected billing error during checkout, please contact us at leadpilot@riseupspace.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
