1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a LeadPilot license key or installing the LeadPilot Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant & Device Activations

Upon purchasing a lifetime license, LeadPilot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate the software on the number of authorized devices specified by your plan (Starter: 1 Device, Pro: 3 Devices, Agency: 5 Devices). License keys may not be publicly shared or resold.

3. Lifetime Updates

Every lifetime license includes access to software updates, bug fixes, and feature releases issued for the LeadPilot Chrome Extension.

4. Responsible & Compliant Use

You agree to use LeadPilot in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when contacting extracted business leads.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain continuous compatibility with Google Maps updates, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party website structure availability.
